Side Porch Staging and Design services include home and real estate staging, by organizing and downsizing, as well as remodeling consultation/management. If you are just looking to freshen up a space in your home I will help you choose and purchase a new paint color, accessories, linens, window treatments , carpet, flooring or furniture. If you are ready to begin organizing your home, but feel overwhelmed by clutter, we can start slowly by going one room at a time.

My clients are real estate agents and homeowners, many that are seniors who are transitioning from their long time homes to senior communities.

 I will help homeowners to downsize and make the decisions of what items to move and help purchase items needed for your new home. I also set-up or totally outfit new spaces, including senior apartments and rental properties with household items, furniture, window treatments, linens and kitchen tools. 

For real estate agents I offer a pre-listing consultation and create a plan of action for a family to accomplish before their homes are listed on the market. I also offer a 1-2 day “photo ready” service for properties needing to be listed quickly. 

As a moving specialist, I can organize, consult and implement every aspect of moving out of your home and into a new property and preparing your property for sale. 

Finding a new look for a room is always a fun experience, while moving is one of the most difficult experiences. Whatever your goals are for your home, I enjoy helping people to make design and moving decisions while also being budget minded.
